Verizon FiOS’s Services Is Completely Delivers Excellent Service Compared to Comcast
Our family members actually have an exact opposite commentary of Verizon FiOS than subscribers who has experienced the Verizon’s services .My experience has been great with both Verizon’s customer service and the actual delivery of service . I used to have Comcast and the quality of service was bad . Whenever Internet is disconnected, whether they already know about it , we still need to wait until people in my neighborhood called to raised issues, because that’s the only time Comcast will declare interruption of service. We really had to go knock on doors questioning people in our community if they have informed Comcast about the service interruption and if not , our family members will have to ask a favor to kindly call for their disappointment about the service. It’s the only way to get Comcast’s attention in declaring what seems to be the problem. Otherwise, if they won’t, they had to schedule a service visit for the next day or two.
The day FiOS was made available in our area. I made ascertain that the cost was somewhat similar as Comcast for cable and when I found out that it’s in fact cheaper, I grab the offer. We really have more channels and our family do not need to worry about loosing any programs that we have with Comcast. The quality of picture is obviously clearer and brighter . My family who were disappointed at me for switching now actually are the ones who do not want to go back to Comcast, they enjoyed FiOS tv the same way I do.
Now for the customer service, it’s excellent, that waiting time is less than 10 minutes, and had only ONE incident of service interruption since I subscribed, which is almost a year now, unlike Comcast which is frequently declaring outages. Only showing the kind of service they have.
I’m contented with Verizon FiOS’s services. So much to my family’s contentment, we also changed our Internet and phone services providers to that of FiOS. Verizon is surely something you must try, it’s by far the only service provider that delivers excellent service based on my experience with other providers..
